A: The super rubber pad can make the suction stronger.installation steps:Step1:find a dry, clean, crack-free ground,and wipe the floor with a damp cloth.Step 2:Tear off the super rubber pad and stick it on the ground,then squeeze air bubbles from the super rubber pad.Step 3:Put the suction cups of the sit-up device on the super rubber pad.Step 4:Use your body weight to press down on the suction cup to expel as much air as possible while pulling down the lever.Thus,the sit-up aid can be firmly sucked on the floor
